A delivery tracking code will be provided by the courier as soon as the order is dispatched.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and delivered on working days, Saturdays, holidays and deadlines necessary for the completion of customs procedures for non-EU countries are excluded.

If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the package, don't worry; the courier will try to reach you one more time at no extra charge.
If the package fails to reach you the second time, a sticker will be put on your post-box indicating the address of their local branch where you can pick it up. They will keep the package there for you for 15 days, Saturdays and holidays are included.
